Benjamin de Menil

Benjamin de Menil is the founder of iASO Records and the Academia de Bachata, a leading arts institution providing free traditional music education to youth in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. With over 25 years dedicated to bachata and longstanding ties within the community, he enabled his debut documentary feature film Agridulce to achieve rare, insider access to pivotal moments in the lives of its protagonists.
