Jacqueline Monetta

Jacqueline Monetta is the Vice President at Olive Bridge Entertainment and a producer. She graduated from Duke University in 2018 with a major in Public Policy and certificates in Documentary Studies, Policy Journalism and Media Studies. While at Duke, she discovered a passion for filmmaking—having begun a documentary in high school, which she completed through an independent study and screened on campus—setting the course for her eventual career in entertainment.

Soon after graduation, she took a job in the mailroom at United Talent Agency in Los Angeles. Though it paid less than another offer in consulting, she chose UTA for the opportunity to break into the industry. There, she became an assistant for an agent, but it was her ambition to create, write, and produce that drove her forward. Her networking paid off when she landed an interview with director‑producer Will Gluck, co‑founder of Olive Bridge Entertainment, who was impressed with her drive and talent. She joined the company on the production and development team, working closely with Gluck and garnering his support and mentorship.

In November 2021, Olive Bridge Entertainment promoted her to Creative Executive in the film division—effectively positioning her in an executive leadership role—where she oversees development of high-profile projects such as Much Ado and End of the World for Columbia, Blackfriars for eOne, along with other features in progress at Searchlight, Disney, and Netflix. She had previously worked on Gluck’s Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway and had joined the company in 2019.

By early 2025, she held the title of creative executive (or vice president–level) at Olive Bridge, contributing significantly to the production of the romantic comedy Anyone But You, which was released in December 2023 and represented the collaboration between Duke alumna screenwriter Ilana Wolpert and Monetta, working in development and production at Olive Bridge.
