Orphan brothers Ashok and Kishore get separated in childhood. Years later their paths cross in prison as both con people for a living. Kishore lives with his adopted sister, Asha, and her son. Kishore falls in love with a wealthy Preeti, and discovers that Ashok is involved in a scam to marry her to get hold of her money.
