A woman who is apprehensive about life searches for peace following the breakdown of her marriage. She is forced to confront this when she meets a former, happier version of herself in a church. The film follows her journey towards self acceptance and contentment. Told through a surreal and dreamlike style, I Looked Into My Eyes is a story about rediscovering who you are.
