Smosh Hospital is a live streamed parody of a classic hospital drama, where the cast is continually surprised by last minute line changes, prop mishaps and improvised bits designed to make everyone break character. If they break or make a mistake, they get replaced by their double - creating a rotating cast of characters and annihilating the show!
