Plan Parcial de Vallecas

Documentary film about the situation in the Madrid neighbourhood of Vallecas in the 1970s. This production by Colectivo de Cine Polans denounces the poor and precarious situation in Vallecas and, above all, the Madrid City Council's approval of a Partial Plan that would mean the expulsion of all the neighbourhood's residents, some 70,000 people.
