Short film consisting of 2 reels filmed in front of a painted backdrop. It tells an anecdote by portraying the activity of everyday characters (the lamplighter, a policeman, the shoeshine boy, children playing balls) and staging a gag : the collision between a cyclist and a pedestrian.
