The nostalgia, charm and history behind New England farmhouses are a few of the reasons Jonathan Knight loves to restore old homes. With the help of his designer, Kristina, Jonathan works to keep that history alive by breathing new life into the homes.

Jon Knight must preserve the history of a 280-year-old farmhouse while also making it feasible for modern living. When he learns that part of the foundation is beyond saving, he makes the shocking proposition to the owners to tear down half of the home.

An outdated farmhouse is transformed into a functional family home with an earthy design. Jon and Kristina create a kitchen fit for a chef, a cozy, traditional New England family room and even a goat jungle gym for their new farm animals.

A historical house from 1873 is transformed into a vibrant, modern home for a young family. Jon and Kristina give this family of five a home with fun colors, shiny brass, whimsical bird wallpaper and even a beehive.

Jon and Kristina have their biggest budget yet to overhaul an old family home while honoring three generations of memories. They give this family a breezy, coastal home full of sentimental touches and nods to their farming history.
