Chet explores the northside of San Antonio with a visit to the Pearl District, goes to culinary school, and feeds the hippos at the San Antonio Zoo.

Chet discovers an Astros-themed restaurant that will make any lifelong 'Stros fran add this stop to their daytrippin' list.

Chet goes coastal with a stop at the Texas Aquarium to see the fish and rescue sea turtles. He eats authentic South Texas barbacoa and a legendary shrimp basket by the bay. He swims on the beach and flies above the waves while learning to pilot his own plane.

Chet explores the history and legends of Coryell County. He goes off-road racing and to one of Texas's last drive-in theaters. He dines at a classic burger drive-in, drinks craft lemonade, and enjoys a chicken-fried steak in the old feed mill.

Chet visits this "rastplatz" (rest place) for Texas immigrants in the 1800s. He learns the history, eats some of the biggest tacos in Texas, and dines at a local steakhouse building a legacy. To finish the day, he tours the haunted Yorktown Memorial Hospital.
