Chet goes coastal with a stop at the Texas Aquarium to see the fish and rescue sea turtles. He eats authentic South Texas barbacoa and a legendary shrimp basket by the bay. He swims on the beach and flies above the waves while learning to pilot his own plane.

Chet explores the history and legends of Coryell County. He goes off-road racing and to one of Texas's last drive-in theaters. He dines at a classic burger drive-in, drinks craft lemonade, and enjoys a chicken-fried steak in the old feed mill.

Chet visits this "rastplatz" (rest place) for Texas immigrants in the 1800s. He learns the history, eats some of the biggest tacos in Texas, and dines at a local steakhouse building a legacy. To finish the day, he tours the haunted Yorktown Memorial Hospital.

Chet heads to the birthplace of the Texas flag to dine on Texas BBQ and hike in the Sam Houston National Forest. He rides his way through motorcross lessons and fishes on Lake Conroe, fishing up at the top-rated Italian deli in the country.

Chet heads west to hike through the pristine Caverns of Sonora. He eats at a local bakery and explores the history of Sutton County. At a local ranch, he takes a horseback ride and tries long-distance rifle-shooting, then finishes the day with a giant steak for dinner.

Chet heads to the "Sausage Capital of Texas" to explore its meat-stuffed culture. He explores downtown from coffee to vintage coats. He visits one of Texas's largest wildlife rescue centers and finishes up at a classic Texas dance hall.

Chet explores the area surrounding Texas's newest state park. He eats a legendary (and huge) chicken fried steak and explores a once-thriving coal town that's now just ghosts. He finishes up with homemade rolls and chicken livers.

Chet visits a town known for goats and mohair with a trip to the auction. He explores the Native American history of Mills County, dines on tasty burgers, and visits an old warehouse turned into the town's best hang-out.
