

In a harbor in Western Africa, a large cruise ship has moored. On it are dozens of skilled doctors, nurses and support staff. They are here to offer live saving medical help to people who will not get another chance. For one year there will be state of the art surgery available for free, but people will have to hurry its a once in a lifetime offer. At the end of the year, the ship will go.
