The Greek summer is in full swing and the builders are busy in the height of the tourist season. To keep things moving, Sarah steps in to stop the newly poured concrete cracking in the heat, but there are plenty of other cracks beginning to show.

With the builders struggling to keep to schedule, Sarah recruits her sons Harry and Edward to help with the build but the heavy lifting in 30-degree heat takes its toll
