History-monger Kalokallol Dutta takes his nephew to the museum to show him a rare piece of muslin. But things take a turn when someone tries to steal it.

The police arrest the museum curator, Amarendra. While his daughter tries to get him released, a conniving minister tracks down Kolke in search of something precious.

To untangle the riddle surrounding the muslin, Jhelum meets Minister Jimut. Meanwhile, Kolke discovers a strange connection with Jhelum in his quest for the real muslin.

Jimut threatens Kolke. When Kolke and Jhelum reach Koshaikali Temple to find the secret tunnel, they land in mortal peril.

As the riddles get more tangled, Jimut keeps pressurising Kolke. When Kolke and Jhelum meet Nitai to solve the last pieces of the riddle, they discover a new cue.

Nitai entraps Jhelum to avenge his son's murder. However, Kolke finds a spell from Nitai's ancestral weaver, which triggers another riddle.

When Kolke and Jhelum arrive at the weavers' den in Shantipur to retrieve the meaning of the spell with the help of Nitai's native weaver, Tulsi, they find new cues.

Kolke and Jhelum disguised themselves to hide from Jimut on the eve of finding the final destination. Everything comes to a screeching halt with an unexpected turn of events.
