Thanks to a successful heart transplant, Naruse gains a new lease on life and surprising new habits. Later, a train delay leads to a fateful meeting.

Saeko can't help but see Yusuke in Naruse, especially when his words eerily echo her late fiancé’s. Naruse experiences a terrifying flashback.

Despite deliberately trying to distance herself from Naruse, Saeko runs into him at work. An unexpected typhoon leads them to share a touching moment.

As Saeko and Naruse come to terms with who the heart donor might have been, Naruse tries to learn more about Yusuke as a person.
