01. Episode 1
Selim returns from abroad and heads to the village to complete the burial procedures for his father amidst Ferjani’s astonishment at Selim’s refusal to have the people of the village attend the burial. As for Aisha, her relationship with her father is stable, unlike with her mother.

Abdel Razzaq fights with his wife and asks her to have an abortion. Selim refuses to hold a funeral for his father and throws the meat intended for dinner to the dogs, to the astonishment of the workers in the village.

Montasser accompanies his armed men to rescue his mother, Rashida, who was kidnapped by Hajj Taher. As for Narges, she's happy for her and wishes to escape as well. Selim discovers the file on the floor in the burning room.
