Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt have fallen in love with two hotels, and they've created a competition to renovate both in 100 days; they've invited Jonathan Knight, Kristina Crestin and Bryan and Sarah Bauemler to tackle the guest rooms.

With both hotels lacking amenities, Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt are taking the competition outdoors, and they're spending big to create much needed outdoor lounge areas. And to boot, they're bringing in guest all-star designers!
