[Paramedic Conspiracy?] Paul Novak's outwardly heroic persona as a post-9/11 paramedic concealed a dark side. Amidst a divorce, his estranged wife Catherine, mother of their two children, is found dead after a fire burned down their Sullivan County home.

[Black Widower] Malcolm Webster’s wife, Claire, died in a car crash in a remote part of Scotland, and he was apparently inconsolable. When his second wife, Felicity, almost died in similar circumstances in New Zealand and money is missing, suspicions were raised.

[Why is Kathy Augustine dead?] Kathy Augustine was a politician serving in the Nevada Senate. Shortly after her husband of 17 years died from complications of a stroke, she married Chaz Higgs, the critical care nurse who had been caring for her late husband. On July 8, 2006, she was found unconscious in her home; she died four days later from an apparent heart attack.

[Unexplained Sudden Deaths] Something was wrong at DaVita dialysis centre in Lufkin, East Texas, with a huge increase in code blues. Patient after patient is being blue lighted to the nearest hospital, many succumbing to their injuries. Staff are devastated and cannot understand why these deaths are occurring.

[Unexplained Deaths] William George Davis, a nurse in Tyler, Texas, was just 32 when he began a reign of terror over patients recovering from heart surgery. Prosecutors claimed that Davis had at least eleven victims, of whom seven died.

[The Death of Eric Lloyd] When factory worker Eric Lloyd dies at home, his grieving wife is anxious the authorities believe it is from natural causes. Marie Whiston has been looking after him at home between nursing shifts at their local hospital and is anxious to pass his death off as due to ill health.

From February to April 1991, Beverley Allitt's reign of terror at Grantham Hospital led to the deaths of four children and serious harm to many others. Her background revealed troubling signs of Munchausen's syndrome, manifesting at an early age.

Within two years of Dr. Lisa Tseng starting her career in Rowland Heights, Los Angeles, the demographic pattern of her patients dramatically changed, with largely young men travelling long distances to seek pain medication.

US veteran Reta Mays starts work as a nurse's assistant in a West Virginia VA center, a hospital specifically for veterans. In little more than a year, between July 2017 and August 2018, there are 21 suspicious deaths. The FBI launch an investigation which culminates in the exhumation of some of her victims.

Dr. Bob Neulander finds his wife Leslie covered in blood in the bathroom, having apparently fallen in the shower. He tries to revive her but she dies at the scene. Initially, her death is ruled an accident, but local rumors mean the DA reopens the investigation.

Vickie Dawn Jackson, a nurse at Nocona General Hospital in Texas, has a troubled domestic life, but is a dedicated and successful nurse... until she goes on a killing spree. An investigation found a suspicious syringe in the trash, and bodies were exhumed to test for the lethal drug.
