Ed challenges the dads to navigate their way through dense jungle to find their kids. To reach them, the dads must take an eye-watering leap of faith from a 25-foot-high cliff into deep waters below.

Ed Stafford leads six ordinary dads and their kids on an extreme adventure designed to bring them closer. Deep in the jungles of Belize, Ed tests the group in a series of challenges before sending them off into the jungle to fend for themselves.

Ed mixes things up - swapping the dads and kids around to force them to look at their relationships from the outside before taking on a breathtaking waterfall crossing.

Ed leads the dads and kids deeper into the jungle. On their first night sleeping in hammocks, the camping party has an unwanted visitor and a sunrise surprise.

The kids get a chance to show the dads what they're capable of as they head off alone to find dinner. But not all the dads are comfortable with this newfound freedom.

For their final challenge, Ed leaves the dads and kids alone to navigate the jungle without him for 48 hours, camp overnight, and trek to the top of a waterfall. Tensions fray in a race against time to set up camp before darkness falls.
