Kian waits for Lovis and the kids at a restaurant they agree to meet at every Friday. On meeting her, Kian tells her he needs more time to sign their divorce papers.

Kian decides to take a loan to help Lovis with her business; Lovis gets on well with single life, but this doesn't sit well with a jealous Kian.

Lovis is taken aback by the social services report filed against her and believes Kian is to blame. However, she finds herself in a new predicament when new secrets surface.

Lovis comes to realise that she wants to get back together with Kian; while Kian revels in the success of his restaurant, Lovis tries to share her thoughts.

Kian arrives late and is scared that he might get exposed. Lovis learns his secret and decides to not hold back.

Kian is confused when Lovis's mother brings the children on Friday. The meeting with his former mother-in-law brings to light secrets Lovis has kept hidden from her mother.

With Christmas fast approaching, the tension between the couple is at its highest. Kian blames Lovis for something unforgivable, but she feels his treatment is unjustifiable.

Amid all the tension, Kian and Lovis meet at the restaurant on Christmas so the kids can spend time with both their parents.
