The kitchen on the fourth floor is on fire. The firefighters are getting ready to put out the fire. The building is supposed to be empty, but people are running out. Is everyone safe?

The firefighters can see the fire from afar. Things are getting serious for intern Lena. She has to put out her first fire. But there are a few problems during the operation.

The Hamburg fire brigade is called to an apartment fire. They find a body there. But the circumstances are mysterious. Are they at a crime scene?

The firefighters are trying to contain the fire in the building so that it doesn't spread to the gas pumps. But they don't know if there are gas cylinders next door.
