01. Boss
Jona joins Pro-Mink after an internship at Postnord in Sweden. He brings a softer management philosophy with him. Mikael believes in doubling cage production and has no intention of giving up his hard-nosed management style.
02. Development Discussion
Jona tries to create a more inspiring workplace, but Mikael is responsible for his own vision of the perfect work environment. Soon the entire company is stuck between frying sausages and playing ping-pong.
03. Pro-Mink Academy
While Mikael is at his biggest client Granholm, Jona and Emilia establish a training program for young people, Pro-Mink Academy. When Mikael returns, their visions for the future are given a boost.
04. Workday
During a tech day organized by Jona, Gun, Tommy and Emilia demonstrate surprising and astonishing skills. The day ends sadly when Mikael brings bad news, forcing Mikael and Jona to team up to save the company.
05. Auction
The annual mink fur auction is upon us, and this time the future of not only Pro-Mink but the entire industry is at stake. Mikael sets Tommy and Emilia up on a date that Emilia doesn't even know she's on.
06. Mikael Disappears
Mikael is nowhere to be found, and Tommy is forced to go to Finnish-speaking areas to look for him. With the company on the verge of bankruptcy and Mikael unknown, it's Tommy's turn to try to see if he can be Pro-Mink's savior.
