Season 1

Rinne, a girl who cannot see faces and is from a family of exorcists, heads to her first mission with the power of the storm god, Yakumo. They defeat a series of specters, but face an unforeseen monster with black crystals and infinite regeneration. As their situation becomes critical, the mysterious man, Jugemu, saves them.

Jugemu, who possesses the power to destroy the regenerating monsters, is supported in battle by a woman named Neo. Rinne questions them about their identities, the monsters' true nature, and the "Master Orb" that Jugemu mentioned, but the two give no answers. The next day, however, Rinne notices that Jugemu is tailing her on school premises.

After Jugemu and his allies defeat a horde of monsters known as "core holders" who were attacking the city, a new swarm appears, accompanied by a masked man who targets Rinne's estate. Jugemu and the others move to intercept, but they are overwhelmed by the immense power of the Ruinous-class monster Shuringala, summoned by the masked man. The man then reaches for Rinne...

Rinne's world begins to collapse after the Masked Man (World User) steals half of the Master Orb. Determined to retrieve it, Rinne pursues the World User to another world facing destruction. There, Rinne and her allies encounter Masamune, a girl who calls herself a "Protective Sword" (Gotō).」

Leaving Masamune's world, the group travels to another world whose Master Orb was stolen. They arrive at a battlefield where the revolutionary army, led by the military genius Kirinji, fights an army of grotesque "Core Beasts." The team offers to fight alongside Kirinji's forces. Amidst the conflict, Yakumo notices a heavy burden that Rinne is secretly grappling with.

A signal from the World Reavers resurfaces in Neo's world-a world that has already lost its Master Orb. Its source is a massive structure drifting in space. It's an enormous core holder plummeting toward the planet! To prevent it from crashing into the surface, Neo and the others launch into space, infiltrate the core holder's interior, and begin a desperate mission to destroy the core!

The masked man shatters the barrier protecting the White Archive and a massive army of core holders pours inside. His goal is the Primordial Orb, said to be sealed in the deepest chamber of the Archive. With Jugemu absent, the one who stands in the World Reaver's way is the guardian deity of Strike Island-Godstriker.

The Primordial Orb falls into the hands of the World Reaver Anger. Ominous dark clouds spread over Strike Island. However, Jugemu, now empowered with new strength, defeats the Ruinous-class monster Kakagosedec and corners Anger. Seizing a brief opportunity to escape, Anger absorbs the power of Caliente Volcano in order to eliminate the IrregularsI

After transforming into a flame monster, Anger is finally defeated by Jugemu. But suddenly, another World Reaver appears and cuts Jugemu in half. Witnessing this, Rinne awakens, and her spirit gun unleashes a massive blast of light that hurtles toward the World Reaver!

Having reclaimed the Master Orb from the World Reaver Nowhere, Rinne awakens to her true power. But Nowhere, too, transforms into a terrifying monster, declaring that he "won't look at what doesn't need to be seen" as he attacks with overwhelming might. Yet within Rinne burns with the strength of all the bonds she has forged... The final battle between Rinne and Nowhere begins.
