Esme and Eleni join forces, managing the chaos created by Şerif's attempt to poison all of Koçari and abduct Esme, and luring her into Adil's cleverly devised trap. Fadime, while frantically worried about İso, fights against Şerif's thirty men alongside her brother. Eleni manages to keep everyone alive until the ambulances arrive by setting up a triage area. Oruç, poisoned, uses his last medicine at the cost of his own life to save his enemy, Gezep. When Esme shows no fear of what Adil will do to Şerif even in such a wicked act, Adil realizes that the secret Esme is hiding is something far bigger. As his journey to the truth begins, he approaches it in a way Esme never expected. While Zarife's past sins are revealed before everyone's eyes, Eleni continues her resolute pursuit of the truth.
