Wilbur tells them to come back at sundown so he can show them. When they do, Wilbur invites them inside and slams them in. They hear ghost laughter which scares Sanford so badly he tries to open the door to leave, which is stuck shut. Twinkles turns his trunk into a hammer and knocks it down. When the three make their escape, so does Herman Hyena in a sheet, admitting it was a trick Wilbur made him do. Sanford claimed he wasn't scared.

Twinkles found Sanford on a streetlight, Wilbur in a barrel, and Fulton in a hedge. However, he couldn't find Jimmy the zebra. When Twinkles finally gave up, Twinkles finally gave up and called everyone in. Jimmy then revealed he had been standing in front of a picket fence, blending in perfectly with his stripes, and everyone laughed at his clever hiding spot.
