High Stakes and Low Tea

The Pringles are back for another year of Edwardian-era hijinks with a 70s soul! Following their move to the city tenement, Arthur is more determined than ever to "strike it rich," leading the family into a series of chaotic misadventures involving the 1904 World’s Fair and the first-ever "motor-car" race.

Twelve-year-old Jamille has officially become the neighborhood’s youngest etiquette coach, though her lessons are constantly interrupted by her eight-year-old "shadow," Nicki. Nicki has traded her marbles for sophisticated fans and lace, mimicking Jamille’s every move—usually with disastrously funny results. From Michelle’s secret poker games with the Mayor’s wife to Arthur’s steam-powered laundry machine that "cleans" clothes into shreds, Season 2 proves that while the Pringles may be down, they are definitely not out.

01. The Fancy Fan Fiasco

Determined to reclaim their social standing, Jamille prepares for a high-society garden party, with 8-year-old Nicki mimicking her every "sophisticated" move. The plan for elegance falls apart when Nicki accidentally uses Arthur’s experimental "super-grip" industrial glue to repair Jamille’s heirloom lace fan. By the time they reach the party, the fan is permanently stuck to a serving tray, a local stray cat, and eventually, the host's expensive wig. Meanwhile, Michelle tries to convince the landlord that the "rhythmic banging" coming from the basement is a new modern music trend rather than Arthur’s failing steam-laundry machine.

02. The Great Velocipede Race

When a group of local boys claims that "fine ladies" can't handle the new high-wheel velocipedes, Jamille decides to defend the family honor by entering the neighborhood’s first street race. Not wanting to be left behind, 8-year-old Nicki builds a "matching" miniature bike out of old crates and a spinning wheel. As Jamille struggles to stay elegant while pedaling at top speed, Nicki’s chaotic racing style and Arthur’s "rocket-booster" steam attachment turn the race into a city-wide chase. Meanwhile, Michelle tries to win back the family’s silver tea set by betting on the girls to beat the neighborhood bully.

Nicki joins as the assistant instructor, but her version of "proper tea service" involves a slingshot and a very confused bulldog.
