The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup returns to Scotland. The best riders in the world plummet 555 metres down one of the longest and toughest courses on the circuit.
05. Watersports
The Adventure Show is live from Pinkston Watersports. Featuring wildwater kayaking and canoe polo, plus the incredible feats of the freestyle athletes.
06. Indoor Climbing
The Adventure Show is live from the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena at Ratho. There is speed climbing, the intricacy of bouldering and lead climbing.
