It's been a few months since we last saw Spooder-Kid. He goes out and enjoys his new world. He seems fully adapted. Meanwhile a villain rises from the shadows

While at the pool, Spooder-Kid finds himself fighting a new foe.

Spooder-Kid(Angelo) and Vincent track down the Bubbler before he gets out of hand and orchestraits his master plan. Meanwhile the Bubbler explores his new powers.
