Caroline is annoyed that Roland has not updated the menu, and Roland is put out when a celebrity chef visits the hotel.

Roland is distracted by a beautiful woman, while Bib struggles to make it to the fertility clinic in time.

Roland is used to the restaurant passing health and safety inspections with the help of bribery, but this time there's a new inspector.

Roland finally gets a chance to be in the spotlight when he is invited to do a spot on the TV show Sunday Chefs. It is just a pity he is chosen to do it on a day where they have a function for 300 people at the hotel, much to the annoyance of Bib and Caroline.
