Season 1

While Dr. Ashutosh relives a few memories of his childhood, Dr. Nidhi prays to God for the first time as her MBBS results are going to be out. What is written in their destinies?

Nidhi and Ashutosh while driving their respective cars meet with a small accident. Nidhi starts making a fuss about it on the road and asks Ashutosh to accompany her to the police station. Like a gentleman, he gives Nidhi all the cash he has and leaves saying it is a matter of life and death.

Nidhi concedes in front of Ashutosh that she was forced to be a part of the medical field and is fine if she gets fired from work. Ashutosh persuades her to prove her self and show interest in this profession. But, it seems Nidhi is having a tough time trying to follow the rules and regulations set by Doctor Ashutosh at the hospital.

At her first day at the Children's Ward, Nidhi comes across some unique and talented children. Even though it is a task to deal with the children, she easily manages to bond with them. However, her playful behavior towards the kids is criticized by Ashutosh.

Nidhi takes a patient to the ultrasound room without Doctor Ashutosh's consent. Mallika fumes in anger and mocks Nidhi. Anjali reaches the hospital to meet Nidhi and comes across Doctor Ranganath. Later, Nidhi and Dr. Ashutosh have a one on one conversation about Nidhi's behaviour at work.

Anjali urges Nidhi to go to the pub and have a good time. Meanwhile, the intern doctors try to get in touch with Doctor Nidhi in order to inform her about her patient who is critical. Better late than never, she rushes to the hospital but it seems, God has something else in store for her. Ashutosh blasts at Nidhi for making such a big mistake.

Nidhi is disturbed as his patient, Shahenshah is critical. She decides to stay in the hospital the whole night and observe his condition. Next morning, Ashutosh wakes her up and asks her to go home and rest. He also finds Nidhi's earrings next to Shahenshah's bed and gives it to her. Is this the start of something new?

Nidhi talks about Dr. Ashutosh to her best friend, Anji. She tells Anji how Ashutosh suggests her to rethink about her profession as it is a difficult one. Later, Nidhi also tells her how Ashutosh gave her the earring which had fallen out of her ear.

Ashutosh doesn't really like Nidhi's decision of opting out of her profession. He tells her that it is a big loss for him as he would lose a great doctor. When Nidhi is adamant about her decision, Ashutosh bids her a goodbye with a heavy heart.

Anjali cheers up Nidhi and takes her out for shopping. She also gives some fashion tips to Nidhi urging her to purchase a Sari. Ashutosh, coincidentally, visits the same mall to purchase a tie. Moments later, Dr. Ranganath calls Dr. Ashutosh asking him to reach the hospital as fast as he could, as the kids are going on hunger strike. Reaching the hospital, he discovers that the kids want Dr. Nidhi to come back and that's the reason they are showing these tantrums.

Doctor Ranganath reaches Nidhi's place and tries to convince her to come to the hospital. She refuses to tell him that she doesn't want to be a doctor. He doesn't give up and continues to convince her, but his efforts go in vain and he leaves. Nidhi is in a dilemma now. Back at the hospital, Mallika argues with Ashutosh over the kid's behavior.

Shahanshah runs away from the hospital in order to find Nidhi and convince her to come to the hospital. Unfortunately, he meets with an accident. Luckily, Nidhi finds him and immediately rushes him to the hospital. She informs the hospital officials to prepare the scan rooms. Mallika bugs out on seeing Nidhi in the Operation Theatre and asks her to leave. But Dr. Ashutosh grants her permission to stay in the room.

When Malika asks Nidhi to leave the Operation Theatre as she is an outsider, Ashutosh goes against Malika and asks Nidhi to help them with the operation. Malika later expresses her displeasure saying she is hurt as Ashutosh chose Nidhi over her.

After seeing Ashutosh and Malika hugging each other, Nidhi is a little disturbed. She keeps overthinking about the scenario until Anji asks her to stop saying such things shouldn't be affecting her.

Nidhi and Anji visit one of their friends for her wedding. After having a fun-filled day with her colleagues, Nidhi is surprised to spot Dr. Ashutosh in the wedding. While dancing in the Barat, Dr. Malika forces Dr. Ashutosh to join them.

Nidhi mistakenly drops cold drink on Dr. Ashutosh's shirt. She later has to take the trouble of washing his shirt in a bathroom while he waits outside in the bedroom experiencing an awkward situation.

As per a ritual, the bride's sisters and friends hide the groom's shoes so that they get money or gifts in return. While picking up the groom's shoes, Nidhi and her friends pick up Ashutosh's shoes and he later has a hard time finding his shoes.

Nidhi's car is towed by the traffic cops as she had parked it in a no parking zone. She realizes that Ashutosh's shoes have gone with the car. Later, one of the ladies in the wedding asks Ashutosh to drop Nidhi to her place as her car is towed.

While in the car with Ashutosh, Nidhi asks Ashutosh to play some music. When Ashutosh tells her that he doesn't like music, Nidhi asks him to start enjoying life regardless of how old he is.

On their way home, Nidhi asks Ashutosh to stop the car midway. She steps out to get drenched in the rain. Moments later, she pulls Dr. Ashutosh out of the car. Surprisingly, he enjoys the rain instead of getting angry on Nidhi.

After learning that Dr. Ashutosh has got a viral fever after getting drenched in the rain the previous night with her, Nidhi cannot stop blaming herself. She cancels her trip and returns home from the airport.

After canceling her Europe trip, Nidhi dresses up in a blue saree which is Ashutosh's favorite color and goes to see him. Seeing Nidhi's gestures, Anji tells her that she might be falling in love with Ashutosh.

When Nidhi comes to see Ashutosh, they spend some quality time and Ashutosh even talks about his family, something he rarely does. When he gets too emotional, Nidhi supports him well and offers to make a nice cup of tea to light up his mood.

When Dr. Malika comes to visit Ashutosh, she is insecure to see Nidhi at his house. She later tells Ashutosh that her family is concerned about her marriage and asks Ashutosh for an answer. Ashutosh makes it clear that he can never fall in love.

Dr. Malika apologizes to Dr. Ashutosh for whatever she had said the previous day. She tells him that she wouldn't be happy unless he forgives her. She also asks him for a dinner date as proof that he has forgiven her.

Dr. Nidhi makes up her mind to resume her internship at the hospital. When she reaches the hospital, she meets Dr. Malika who demotivates her and asks her to drop her plan of rejoining.

When Nidhi learns that Dr. Ashutosh has met with an accident, she rushes to meet him. Anji stops her and makes her realize that she has started falling for Ashutosh and that she should have some control over her feelings.

After Nidhi tells Dr. Ashutosh that Dr. Malika has restricted her from rejoining the hospital, he says he would talk to Malika and that she can come back to the hospital. Seeing Ashutosh's gesture, Nidhi is so happy that she cannot keep calm.

When Nidhi does not listen to Anji and goes to meet Dr. Ashutosh, Anji gets hurt. She decides to give Nidhi a silent treatment and avoids her. Meanwhile, everyone at the hospital gives Nidhi a warm welcome.

Expecting to accompany the senior surgeons in the operation theatre, Nidhi is furious when Dr. Malika orders her to update their patients' files. Later, she asks Nidhi to work in the night shift and continue doing the paperwork.

After knowing Ashutosh's favorite dish, Nidhi takes the trouble of cooking for him. Seeing Nidhi in the kitchen, Anji is surprised as she has never cooked anything on her own before.

Nidhi reaches Ashutosh's house after cooking his favourite food. Kaka tells her that Ashutosh has been upset lately as he unable to buy his dream house. When Kaka asks Ashutosh to attend the guest, he says he doesn't want to meet anyone. Disappointed, Nidhi leaves the food with a rose and a note for Ashutosh.

After reading the note Nidhi had left behind, Ashutosh attacks on the food Nidhi had brought him. Taking the first bite, he realizes that the food is extremely spicy. Nonetheless, he finishes the entire bowl on his own.

Nidhi goes to visit Ashutosh after work. Seeing his room messy, she asks him to control his anger. She also makes him understand that he shouldn't let his past affect his future. She gives him another rose and leaves.

Ashutosh informs Nidhi that he is going to start coming to the hospital once again. Excited, Nidhi takes over the Children's Ward and decorates the entire space to welcome Ashutosh.

Dr. Mallika complains about Nidhi to Dr. Ashutosh. When Nidhi tries to put her point in front of Ashutosh, he refuses to listen to her. Nidhi then goes to Dr. Mallika and tells her that she would neither leave the hospital nor Dr. Ashutosh.

Dr. Mallika urges Ashutosh to finish his work quickly as they have to leave for the medical camp. Surprisingly, Nidhis Dadi bua talks ill about Dr. Ashutosh to Dr. Ashutosh himself and later notifies Nidhi about it. Nidhi is worried now. Anjali tries to make her understand.

Anjali helps Nidhi in getting ready as she wishes to impress Dr. Ashutosh. Nidhi looks beautiful and receives a lot of compliments. Ashutosh also noticed her changed look. Mallika spots Nidhi in the hospital and bugs out. She meets Ashutosh and fights with him over Nidhi's topic.

Nidhi is happy as Ashutosh noticed her hairstyle. Anjali is still adamant to keep the test in process. She reaches the mall to buy a shirt for Ashutosh and now she will test him, If he wears the shirt, it means he is also in love with Nidhi. Will Ashutosh be able to pass this love test?

Ashutosh surprises Nidhi and the kids by showing up at the picnic spot. He also wears that shirt which NIdhi got for him. She shares this with Anjali happily. But Anjali asks her to still test him. Later, Ashutosh bugs out at Nidhi for her negligence. Mallika is sure to put Nidhi in a big trouble this time.

Ashutosh blasts Nidhi. Dr. Ranganath informs Ashutosh that it's Nidhi's father's birthday. He feels guilty for scolding her on her happy day. He gives her a lift to her home. At home, everyone is anxiously waiting for Nidhi to come back. Ashutosh urges her to sit in his car as he wants to drop her home.

Mallika fumes in anger when she learns that Ashutosh was at Nidhi's home a night before and forgot to come over to Mallika's place for dinner. She asks Ashutosh to choose between her and Nidhi. Nidhi, on the other hand, is jumping with joy thinking about Ashutosh.

Mallika makes Ashutosh realize that he is in love with Nidhi who is half her age. These taunts keep lurking in his mind and disturbs his sleep in the night. Anjali informs Nidhi that maybe Ashutosh also loves Nidhi. Nidhi jumps with joy.

Doctor Ashutosh is in love with Nidhi. Doctor Ranganath observes this and informs Anjali about this. Nidhi, on the other hand, is very disturbed and fights with everyone at home, Ashutosh acts weirdly in the hospital which shocks everyone.

Nidhis father is worried for Nidhi. Nidhi is alone in her room crying over Ashutosh. Anjali makes her understand and urges her to come to a party with her. Coincidentally, Ashutosh also is invited to the same party. Nidhi spots him there and walks up to him and bombards him with her questions. He stands quietly as he feels really ashamed.

Armaan talks to Ashutosh but Ashutosh doesn't tell him anything. He tries to escape and goes to his room. Mallika shows up at Ashutosh's place with home cooked food, but Ashutosh denies to eat anything and leaves for the hospital. Armaan can feel there is something bottled up inside Ashutosh which he is confused about and is not able to share with his best friend also.

Rohan comes to stay at Nidhi's home. Dadi Bua has invited him as she feels Nidhi needs a friend. But Nidhi doesn't seem to notice him. Ashutosh, on the other hand, behaves weirdly. This does not go down too well with Mallika and she ends up being upset. She also blasts at her sister, blaming her for all the mess caused in her life.

Mallika is very upset and realizes she has hurt Ashutosh a lot. Armaan talks Ashutosh into playing chess with him in order to draw out some information as to what is pinching him inside. Ashutosh confesses his love for Nidhi in front of Armaan.

Mallika is very upset as things are not going too smoothly between her and Ashutosh. She expresses her feelings in front of Dr, Ranganath. Rohan tries his best to cheer up Nidhi. Armaan tries his luck to cheer up Ashutosh but Ashutosh is adamant. Ashutosh doesn't realize that Nidhi is also in love with him.

Nidhi's father coincidentally meets Dr. Mallika at her brother's office. She gets shocked to know that he is Nidhi's father. Nidhi's father decides to take the full family for lunch. She spots Ashutosh at the same resort. The waiter brings Ashutosh's order to Nidhi's table by mistake. She asks him to take the order and give it to their table. The waiter does so and notifies Ashutosh & Armaan about it. Armaan teases Ashutosh. Will Ashutosh be able to understand Nidhi's love?

Armaan realizes that Nidhi also loves Ashutosh, but Ashutosh does not believe this. He requests his friend, who is also the head of City Hospital, to appoint Nidhi as an intern in his hospital. Nidhi is on cloud nine after hearing this. Rohan spoils her mood and ends up giving some personal grooming tips to her, which cheers her up.

Armaan makes Ashutosh understand that Nidhi needs his love and not his favors. Ashutosh, on the other hand, is successful in getting a job for Nidhi. Rohan troubles Nidhi and forces her to confess everything that's troubling her, but she insults him on the contrary. Doctor Ranganath manages to convince Anjali to re-design his hospital's uniforms. Ashutosh asks Mallika to attend a conference in Mumbai. She shares this news with her sister, who brainwashes her and talks her into staying back to keep an eye on Doctor Ashutosh and refuse this offer.

Mallika convinces Ashutosh to go to the conference instead of her, thinking she is successful in keeping him away from Nidhi. But, destiny has other plans for the lovebirds, Ashutosh & Nidhi. Nidhi is asked to attend the conference as well. At first, she hesitates but then she agrees to go to Mumbai. She spots Doctor Ashutosh there and breaks into tears silently. She is also shocked when she hears him speak good things about her in front of the audience.

Ashutosh and Nidhi are confused what to say to each other. Nidhi discusses this with Anjali and Ashutosh discusses this with Armaan. Armaan tries his best to bring them together and his plans show positive results. Ashutosh and Nidhi meet and are sitting at the same table but are confused what to say to each other. Will Nidhi be able to see love in Ashutosh's eyes?

Suhasini finds out that Nidhi is also in Mumbai and she rushes to inform Mallika about this. Mallika gets disturbed when she hears this news. Meanwhile, Armaan is busy planning to bring Ashutosh and Nidhi together. He changes the chits in the bowls and manages to bring Ashutosh and Nidhi together once again. What will Ashutosh and Nidhi do now?

Mallika reaches Mumbai. She tells the truth to Nidhi about how she got this new job. Nidhi fumes in anger when she finds out the truth and quits the new job. She also bids goodbye to Doctor Ashutosh and leaves with Rohan. Mallika joins Armaan and Ashutosh for dinner. Armaan explains love facts to Ashutosh but Ashutosh is very sad.

Rohan cheers up Nidhi. Suhasini warns Mallika not to let Ashutosh know that she told Nidhi about the job recommendation. Rohan overhears Ashutosh and Armaan's conversation and is surprised to know that Ashutosh also loves Nidhi. Will he help to bring the love birds together?

Anjali informs Ashutosh about Nidhi quitting her new job. Mallika tries to keep Nidhi away from Ashutosh. Rohan decides to help Nidhi in whichever way he can. He reaches Ashutosh's hospital but Mallika misguides him. He is about to leave when Doctor Ranganath tells him the truth.

Rohan meets Armaan. They discuss Ashutosh & Nidhi's case. They join in hands to bring both of them together. Rohan also confesses that he doesn't love Nidhi and is just a friend. Will they be successful in bringing them together?

Armaan and Rohan plan to make Nidhi and Ashutosh meet at Lucknow Darbaar. But they are not able to. Coincidentally, Ashutosh and Nidhi end up coming at the Mosque. Will they see each other and confess their love?

Ashutosh and Nidhi come across each other in the mosque. Rohan and Armaan make them understand how much they love each other and should get back together. Will Ashutosh and Nidhi listen to them?

Ashutosh and Nidhi think about each other all night and accepts that they love each other. Next morning Nidhi is all excited to narrate all of this to her friend Anji. Will she be equally excited?

Nidhi asks Ashutosh to go and buy the t-shirt she wants him to wear. He consults Armaan as he finds this thing very childish. But Armaan tells him that he has to do everything when in love. When Ashutosh goes shopping, he sees someone else buying that tshirt. Will he manage to get that one?

Ashutosh is unable to manage as the t-shirt gets destroyed. But still he meets Nidhi and they spend a great time. Dr. Mallika is jealous when she sees them together and tries to hurt herself. What will she do next?

Ashutosh takes Nidhi to one of his old houses where he spent the childhood. While returning back, they get stuck as the car breaks down in between. How will they spend the night? Will they manage?

Dr. Mallika confronts Ashutosh and asks him what is it between him and Nidhi. He admits that he loves Nidhi. This breaks Dr. Mallika's heart as she has been waiting for 12 years. Dr. Mallika shouts at Nidhi which creates a tiff between them.

Anji discovers that the clothes she has been given by the merchant are not of the same material as it was shown. This puts her in great stress. She is worried as she has to show all the samples to the clients. Will they reject Anji's clothes?

Nidhi's father's consignment gets canceled. And he gets a call from the bank for repayment of the loan. Meanwhile, Nidhi starts renovating the house she wants to gift to Ashutosh.

Dr. Mallika plans a conspiracy and gets Nidhi's father's loan canceled. There Ashutosh is super happy with the house Nidhi gifted him. He relives the moments with his father. Nidhi gets to know that her father had a heart attack.

Nidhi is traumatized as she gets to know things. Her father is taken to the hospital where she is informed that he has to be kept for 2 days. Nidhi gets to know the real reason behind the heart attack and is taken aback.

Dr. Mallika gets to know that the owner of the house is Nidhi and plans to tell this to Ashutosh. When Nidhi does not pick up Ashutosh's call, he gets tensed and starts overthinking. Will this create more issues?

Ashutosh gets to know that Nidhi is the owner of the house when Mallika tells him everything. He starts fuming in anger and decides to not talk to Nidhi. His mom also knows about this. He breaks down even more.

Armaan makes Ashutosh understand that all this is not Nidhi's fault. Nidhi has no other option but to sell the house to repay the loan. Ashutosh goes missing and no one is able to contact him.

Nidhi gets a call from the bank as she has only 4 days left to repay the amount. This puts Nidhi under great pressure. But surprisingly she gets a call who is ready to buy her property. Will this help Nidhi?

Nidhi does not know that she is being played. She is still confused about what she is doing. Meanwhile, Ashutosh keeps thinking whether he hates Nidhi or loves her.

Ashutosh gets back home safely and realizes his love for Nidhi. He calls her saying that he wants to meet her. Dr. Mallika uses false mean and forges Nidhis house on her name.

Nidhi And Ashutosh after all the misunderstandings, finally meet at the chai shop. There they clear out all the things. After a long time, Ashutosh goes to his hospital where he is humored with Ranganaths Talks.

Ashutosh denies Dr. Mallikas love and says that he cannot be with her as he is in love with Dr. Nidhi. She is taken back listening to this. And attempts suicide by cutting her nerves.

Dr. Mallika is taken to hospital where she is happy to see Dr. Ashutosh. Ashutosh is confused about Dr. Mallika as he cannot understand how to deal with her. Nidhi consults Anji whether she should meet Mallika or not.

Nidhi visits Dr. Mallika in the hospital and they have a deep conversation. Ashutosh says that he will meet Nidhis father. Anji and Dr. Ranganath go out to an art gallery, which he considers as a date.

Nidhi anxiously waits for Dr. Ashutosh, but as usual, he is late. Anji enquires about Nidhi & Ashutoshs bond from Rohan and reveals her antipathy towards their so-called bond. Rohan makes her understand the value of their bond. Nidhi and Dr. Ashutosh spend a good time together. Later, Nidhis father gets discharged and is back at home. Everyone is happy to see him in a good condition, unlike Colonel Uncles office colleague.

Mallika is up to something evil. Dr. Ashutosh apologizes to Nidhi for not being able to wear the tie she had gifted him. Dr. Ranganth pleads with Anji to meet him once. Later, Nidhi, Anji, and Rohan make plans for a picnic. Rohan notifies Armaan about it who furthers manipulates Ashutosh and talks him into coming with him.

Ashutosh tries to pacify Nidhi and make her understand that he will not be able to make it for the picnic. Nidhi also doesnt go for the picnic. On learning that she also didnt go, Dr. Ashutosh promises to spend one entire day with her. Armaan doubts Mallikas evil plans. Anji is also upset with Dr. Ranganath and decides to join Nidhis fathers office.

Anji reaches Nidhis Fathers office and wishes to check the records. Mansukhani hesitates which puts Anji in a doubt. Dr. Ranganath tries to pacify Anji but she is very angry and upset. Mallika, on the other hand, is planning really hard to separate Nidhi and Ashutosh. Anji does Nidhis makeover to impress Ashutosh. Ashutosh takes Nidhi for violin concert but ends up taking her home. They spend a beautiful moment together.

Nidhi urges Ashutosh to play the violin. He plays the violin and gets carried away with its rhythms. Armaan is thrilled to see Ashutosh play the instrument. Later, Ashutosh takes out Nidhi for a coffee. Rohan saves Nidhi from her Dadi Bua. Ashutosh asks Nidhi to re-consider her decision of entering into a relationship with him. Her reply makes Ashutosh laugh.

Ashutosh talks about his happy moments spend with Nidhi. Mallika gets jealous. Nidhi discusses her pressures with Rohan. Anjis Mother is suspicious about Nidhis actions. Nidhi & Anjis fathers discuss Nidhis marriage and consider Rohan to be a perfect match for her. Nidhi plans to obliquely ask her father about his conception of alliance with an elder person.

Nidhi speaks roughly with Ashutosh which bothers him. Dr. Ranganath rings Anji and attempts to pacify her, but his struggles seem to fail. Ashutosh is concerned for Nidhi and pressurizes her to share her concerns. Mallika gets discharged from the hospital. Anji meets Dr. Ranganath and apologizes for being so rude. Later, Nidhi meets Ashutosh to share her concerns and bursts into tears thinking about her future with him.

Ashutosh makes Nidhi chuckle. Anji and Dr. Ranganath party in a pub. Anji shares about her moments spend with Dr. Ranganth wit Nidhi. Nidhi states that Anji is in love with Dr. Ranganath. Later, Anji introspects and imbibes all the best moments she had spent with Dr. Ranganth. Nidhi invites Ashutosh for a party at a pub. He laughs it off explicating his disinterest.

Rohan and Nidhi force Dr. Ashutosh to come along with them to the pub for a party, assuring that he will not regret his decision and will have a good time there. He agrees to come. Armaan ridicules him observing his attire and begs him to change. But things do not seem to end in a happy way as Ashutosh leaves the pub in anger. Why? To find out, watch this full episode.

Ashutosh leaves the pub in anger and expresses his anger in front of Armaan. Nidhi runs after him but loses sight of him. Later, things settle between them. Mallika enquires about the disco party and is surprised to know that Ashutosh had gone to that place. Surprisingly, she invites him and Nidhi for dinner at her place.

Nidhi agrees to come for dinner at Mallika's home with Ashutosh. Mallika's gesture confuses everyone. She attempts to influence Nidhi and Ashutosh, mocking upon their contradistinctive tempers and tastes. But Nidhi gives it back to her very boldly.

Ashutosh and Nidhi discuss their relationship. Nidhi feels Mallika is deliberately trying to pull her down. Ashutosh understands and promises to be by her side always. Later, Nidhi decides to learn violin. Though her rhythm does not go down too well with others, she manages to prove that she can also develop a keen interest towards classical music as well.

Nidhi cannot learn classical music and is unhappy about it. Anji makes her understand. Ashutosh also tries his bit and shows his admiration towards her efforts. Nidhi witnesses that Ashutosh has difficulty in reading things. She discusses this with Armaan, who also notes the same, but Ashutosh shows hesitation towards wearing spectacles. Anji is taken aback to see a girl at Dr. Ranganaths house.

Nidhi helps Ashutosh get rid of his hesitation. Colonel Verma urges to meet Rohans parents which leaves Nidhi in a doubt. Anji is very upset and she shares her issue with Nidhi. Nidhi asks her not to overthink and rushes to buy glasses for Ashutosh. Ashutosh asks her to come back to the hospital. What will be Nidhis answer?

Dr. Mallikas words disturb Nidhi a lot. She observes that Dr. Ashutosh becomes conscious because of their age gap. She rushes to share her problem with Anji but they end up having a big fight.

Armaan & Rohan discuss Ashutosh & Nidhi and plan to solve their fight. Ashutosh & Nidhi anxiously wait for each others call but their ego is too big to make the first move. She gets confused when she discovers that their views do not match. At the hospital, Ashutosh learns the value of this day and realizes that he should try and indulge himself in celebrating such happy moments to build some memories. Anji and Dr. Ranganath again have an argument. Dr. Ranganath tries to pacify her but its of no use. It seems this Valentines day, Dr. Ranganath will have no partner!

Nidhi and Anji solve their issues. Mallika gets upset as Ashutosh shouts at her over Nidhis topic. Anji and Dr. Ranganath also solve their issues and go on a date. Ashutosh also surprises Nidhi trying to make her day special. Mandira requests Colonel Verma if she can come home and he gives her permission to come. This does not go down to well with Dadi Bua.

Nidhis plan surprises Dr. Ashutosh. He has no words to express his happiness and enjoys every moment with Nidhi. Anjis father notices her with Dr. Ranganath and scolds her. Dadi Bua creates a mess in the house over Mandiras topic and threatens to leave the house, but calms down on seeing Nidhi & Rohan.

Nidhi is very happy to see Mandira. Dadi Bua insults Mandira and asks her to leave the house. Colonel Verma stops her but Mandira urges Dadi Bua to take out all her frustrations at once. All this commotion takes place in front of Rohan and Dr. Ashutosh. This episode disturbs Nidhi & Ashutosh. Witnessing this commotion, Anjis parents also come to Nidhis house.

Colonel Verma is disturbed because of all the mess that Dadi Bua created. Nidhi is still very positive about everything. Later, Dadi Bua & Colonel Verma enter into an argument which only Rohan was able to solve. Anji's mother asks Nidhi to come back home. How will Dadi Bua react when she finds out about Nidhi & Dr. Ashutosh?

Dadi Bua asks Nidhi to stay away from Dr. Ashutosh which upsets her. Anjis mother scolds Nidhi and urges her to tell the truth. Nidhi declares her love for Ashutosh in front of Anjis mother. Anjis mother tries to make Nidhi understand but she seems to be blind in love and defends her bond with Dr. Ashutosh.

Nidhi decides to tell her father the truth about Dr. Ashutosh. She hallucinates that her revelation shocks Colonel Verma & Dadi Bua. She calls Dr. Ashutosh and urges to meet. Dr. Ashutosh understands her fears and questions her. She asks him to take a stand for their bond as they do not have much time left. He, on the contrary, affirms to stand by her side always.

Anjis mother is happy to know Dr. Ashutosh decision for Nidhi. Dadi Bua urges Colonel Verma to take Nidhi & Rohans alliance seriously. Dr. Ashu shares his problems with Mallika seeking some help but she, on the contrary, scares him more. Later, he tells Nidhi that he has some urgent work in Delhi and desires to meet her.

Mandira calls Nidhi and asks her to meet her. Nidhi takes Mandira into confidence and tries to share her love life with her. Dadi Bua and Colonel Verma have some other plans for Nidhi.

Rohans parents come to Lucknow and are very thrilled to meet Nidhi. Nidhi and Rohan are unaware of the planning that is going on behind their back. Anji and Dr. Ranganath have a happy time in a cafe. Chote Sarkar, as usual, stalks Anji following Anjis Fathers orders. Ashutosh misses his flight to Lucknow and is tensed as he had promised to meet Nidhi.

Ashutosh notifies Nidhi about the delayed flights. Dadi Bua and Rohans parents are very excited about Nidhi & Rohans alliance. Nidhi and Rohan are unaware of all this commotion. Anjis mother informs Nidhi which shocks her. She rushes to tell Colonel Verma about her relationship with Dr. Ashutosh but just couldnt. What will Nidhi do?

Nidhi reveals the truth to Dr. Ashutosh about Rohan & her engagement. Rohan also gets a shock on learning about this. He tries his best to reject this marriage proposal but his parents refuse to understand and take a step back. Nidhi is very tensed and takes out all her frustrations on Rohan. Armaan finds out that Dr. Ashutosh has met with an accident. He informs Nidhi and Mallika about it, which shocks them. Dadi Bua talks ill about Ashutosh which triggers her anger. Nidhi, Rohan, and Anji rush to find Dr.Ashutosh. Where is Dr. Ashutosh?

Nidhi is very upset. No one is able to trace Dr. Ashutosh. Dadi Bua, on the other hand, mocks Dr. Ashutosh. Nidhi refuses to eat and drink anything until they find out about Dr. Ashutosh. Later, its declared that Ashutosh is dead and everyone gathers to moan for him, except Nidhi. Will Nidhis love bring back Dr. Ashu? Is he really gone?

Nidhi denies believing that Ashutosh is no more. She along with Rohan and Anji rushes to find Dr. Ashutosh in the nearby villages. Meanwhile, Dr. Ashutosh's body floats and reaches a river bank where some villagers rescue him.

Nidhi's hope proved that love exists. She is successful in finding Dr. Ashutosh. Anji informs Dr. Ranganath who furthers notifies everyone else. Armaan reaches for help. Mallika tries to take charge and insults Nidhi.

Dadi Bua forcefully takes her back home. Colonel Verma tries to convince her to forget Ashutosh. Ashutosh asks for Nidhi when he opens his eyes, which upsets Mallika.

Dr. Ashutosh is fine and so is everyone. He feels Nidhi is in some tension and discusses that with Armaan. Mallika asks Armaan to leave and not disturb Ashutosh. Anji meets Dr. Ashutosh on behalf of Nidhi. Later, Nidhi couldnt control herself and rushes to the hospital to meet her love.

Mallika is not able to see Ashutosh and Nidhi together. Dadi Bua & Colonel Verma are against Nidhi and Dr. Ashus bond but her firmness disturbs them. Ashutoshs recovery makes Nidhi very happy but she is sad thinking what the future holds!

Mallika is surprised to see that Ashutosh got himself discharged. Armaan comes to pick him up. Ashutosh and Armaan pop up at Nidhis place to convince Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua but are shocked to know that she was forced to go on a mini vacation with Dadi Bua.

Ashutosh wakes up early to meet Nidhi. Nidhi, on the other hand, lies to Dadi Bua and escapes to meet Ashutosh. Anji is worried for Nidhi and remembers her childhood days. Rohan calms her down. Dadi Bua and Colonel Verma find Nidhi in the woods and take her back home.

Ashutosh meets Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua in order to convince them to accept Nidhi and his alliance. Colonel Verma and Dadi Bua are adamant on their decision. The stranger turns out to be a patient who stays in Jeevan Sandhya Nursing Home. Nidhi and Rohan take him there. Ashutosh spots Nidhi on the road and goes numb. Mallika treats her brother and sister-in-law and reveals the good news about Ashutosh and Nidhi's separation.

Emergency shows up at Jeevan Sandhya Nursing Home and Nidhi rushes to that place. A patient requires immediate brain surgery. Will Nidhi call Ashutosh for help?

Nidhi and Ashutosh enjoy their honeymoon time. The early morning ginger tea adds more spice to their time. Dadi Bua is worried for Nidhi and her new life. She suggests sending chote sarkar to her place would be a good option. But Chote Sarkar refuses to go and leave Colonel Verma. Nidhi and Ashutosh come back from their honeymoon and its time for Nidhi to make food in her new home for the first time. Will she be able to make good edible meals?

Nidhi asks Ashutosh about Dr. Ranganath's family. Anji and Nidhi try and find out about him. Baba sits to talk with Ashutosh post which he leaves for work. Nidhi makes food for him but he already ate his food. Anji directly asks Ranganath about his family and he gets triggered.

Nidhi is upset with Ashutosh. Ashutosh comes to know that Nidhi is on an empty stomach since morning. He pacifies her and makes her eat. Dadi Bua shows up at Nidhi's place. Saroj Bala doesn't like Dadi Buas coming. Anji explains about Ranganath's family to her parents.

Nidhi apologizes on behalf of Dadi Bua and sorts out her issues with Ashutosh. Armaan's mother is ready to go back home. Nidhi takes blessings from her. Armaan also leaves for his place. Dr. Ranganath is tensed as his family still doesn't know about Anji. Anji bugs out on learning this. In the night, Nidhi makes noodles and remembers Rohan.

Nidhi wants ice cream and Ashutosh rushes to a hotel to buy it for her. He spots Mallika in an upsetting state and runs after her but unfortunately, meets with an accident. Nidhi and everyone take him to Kotnis Hospital and get worried. Ashutosh narrates the story to her and asks her to find Mallika.

Anjis parents surprise Anji with a ring to give to Ranganath. Nidhi takes care of Ashutosh in the hospital. He happily enjoys her love and care. Later, Nidhi doesnt allow the nurse to give a sponge bath to Ashutosh. She offers to do it herself.

Nidhi spots Dr. Mallika and is shocked to see her condition. She runs away from that place thinking Mallika might be a hindrance between her and Ashutosh. Nidhi forces Mallika to sit in the car and brings her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Dr. Ranganaths parents force him for marriage.

Mallika wakes up after a traumatic dream and starts babbling. The nurse comes to her rescue and calls Dr. Ashutosh. Ashutosh is very guilty. Mallika is now in safe hands but is traumatized. On the hand, Dr. Ranganath is stressed out but is not able to tell Anji anything.

Ashutosh feels bad for Mallika. Dr. Ranganath gets to know that Mallika's family is in Australia. Dadi Bua reaches Ashutosh's place to help Nidhi but this does not go down too well with her. Anji is upset as Dr. Ranganath still is hesitating to tell his parents.

Mallika attempts to jump from the hospital terrace. Ashutosh and everyone else tries to stop her. She is scared and is not willing to trust anyone. Ashutosh promises to take care of her. This does not go down well with Nidhi. Dadi Bua and Baba debate over the house care. Anji scolds Nidhi for bringing Mallika to her place.

Nidhi impresses Ashutosh and wears a very sizzling dress. He is out of words. She also organizes a candlelight dinner for him where Chote Sarkar serves them with good food and wine. Mallika interrupts and spoils their mood. Anjis parents quarrel over Anji and Dr. Ranganaths relationship.

Ashutosh showers love on Nidhi. He applies nail polish on Nidhis nails and pampers her. Dadi Bua checks on Mallika when suddenly she wakes up from a bad dream and shouts. Ashutosh comes to her rescue. Dadi Bua is not fine with this. Dr. Ranganath meets his parents chosen girl and fumes in anger.

Dadi Bua asks Ashutosh not to go close to Mallika. But Ashutosh is adamant to let Mallika stay with them. Mallika tells her story to Ashutosh. He feels disgusted and helpless. Colonel Verma comes to know about the argument that happened at Ashutosh's place. Baba assures him that he will sort out this confusion.

Ashutosh apologizes to Nidhi for being rude and decides to send Mallika back to the hospital. Dr. Ranganath is fed up with this girl chosen by his parents. Anji and Nidhi have a plan to convince and impress Anjis parents. She asks Dadi Bua and Chote Sarkar for help.

Nidhi stops Mallika from leaving her house. Dr. Ranganath is very upset and tired of his parental drama. Ashutosh is impressed with Nidhi's gesture. He apologizes to Dadi Bua for his rudeness. Nidhi meets Anji and sorts out her mess.

Nidhi and Ashutosh are happy again. Ashutosh decides to go back to the hospital again. Nidhi wishes to have a cozy moment with Ashu but he is in a hurry to go. Nidhi imagines being close to Ashu and smiles. Ashutosh meets a baby in the hospital and thinks of talking to Nidhi about it.

Nidhi joins Kotnis Hospital. She hesitates as her fellow interns have become full-fledged doctors. She hopes to get the kids department but gets the hospitality duty. She is shocked.

As Nidhi is back in the hospital, Dr. Ranganath explains her all the duties and responsibilities she has to carry. But she is in deep thought as she wants to talk to Dr. Ashutosh urgently, and ignores Dr. Ranganath's talk.

Dr. Ashutosh gets a message when he is in his hospital regarding a transaction. He is super shocked to see that someone made a transaction of 1 lakh rupees. He gets angry as he thinks Nidhi shopped for that big an amount. How will he react?

Dr. Ashutosh looks for Nidhi in the whole house. Baba asks him whether Nidhi informed him or not that she is going for the sangeet and will only come after the wedding. When Ashutosh denies, Baba warns him to sort out all the differences between them.

Nidhi and Anjali plan to prank Dr. Ashutosh. As soon as Dr. Ashutosh enters the room, Nidhi puts color on his face, with which he gets angry. Everyone gets upset in the room and Ashutosh slightly yells at Nidhi. It all turns out bad.

Everyone is working on decorating the house. Still, Dadi Bua gets impatient and yells at everyone for working slow. She starts instructing everyone strictly. Nidhi makes her understand and calms her down.

Dadi Bua starts again with her one and only mantra of having grandchildren. She makes it awkward for Dr. Ashutosh, Nidhi, and everyone around as she keeps on insisting them to have a child. She is eagerly waiting for a grandchild so that she can enjoy her grandparenthood.

There is a tiff between Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi. She wants to leave the house and to which Ashutosh also agrees. He is also fed up with Nidhi's childish behavior. Nidhi is disheartened and cannot bear such harsh words.

Nidhi decides to finally leave the house and stay at her own house with his Dadi Bua and father. Dadi Bua is mistaken that Nidhi has come to meet them. Will they agree with her in this decision?

Amar's report is out and it comes out that he himself removed the stitches from his body and is not taking the medication properly. Dr. Ashutosh discusses it with Dr. Ranganath as he knows Nidhi will not accept it if he gives her the report.

Kaka calls Nidhi in the middle of the night to inform that Dr. Ashutosh has not reached home. Nidhi gets concerned and starts calling him but unfortunately, she is not able to reach him. She, Anjali, and Dr. Ranganath, all together search for him.

Everyone including the police starts searching for Dr. Ashutosh. Among all this chaos, Nidhi gets a call saying that wherever Dr. Ashutosh is, the person will find him out. Is it the kidnapper who calls or a well-wisher?

Its been one week for Khushi at Anjali's place. Dr. Ashutosh and Nidhi come to take Khushi back. But instead, they are surprised when Khushi tells them that she wants to stay here for a few days more. Khushi is assisting Anjali in making her designs.

Dr. Dubey calls for an urgent meeting and calls all the senior doctors in the hospital. He puts allegations on Dr. Ashutosh that he is equally flirting with a female doctor in the hospital. He gets offended and firmly says it is beyond hospital rules. Who is this female doctor?
