
In the second part of the series, Ghowar is released from prison, tries to start over and find a job, then thinks about opening his own project, but he soon falls into many paradoxes.

Ghoar is released, but fails to keep a job due to his dishonesty. Hosni introduces him to the writer Sabah, and with the latter he opens an office to reform society with the help of Abu Antar and Sabah. After they find money on the road, Ghoar decides to return it to its owner

The police accuse Ghoar of theft and arrest him. Abu Antar proves his innocence. Ghoar and Sabah begin to solve the problems of the neighborhood people. Ghoar arrests a thief, and Ghoar gets involved with the police instead of him after the thief escapes

Hosni pays Ghoar's bail on charges of stealing a shoe from the neighborhood. One of the neighborhood residents submits a petition demanding Ghoar's expulsion from it, so the latter beats him. Ghoar is surprised by the theft of his shop
