Joan invites Deb to a yacht party, but soon regrets it when they get stuck in traffic and wind up having to take the subway and a rowboat.

Deb gets a job as an assistant to a fashion designer, and that gives her the idea of becoming one; meanwhile, her father hires Caesar to keep an eye on her.
