Business mogul Joey Gibbons brings together a group of concierges to re-imagine the typical ski vacation; a trio of fun-loving clients do not want to go skiing; Jim cozies up to a woman while dog sledding; a hungover client panics on a gondola.

Elise and Tamara point fingers following a dining disaster on the gondola; Jim connects with six young clients; Kendra takes on a mountaintop vow renewal during which a wardrobe malfunction takes place and threatens to derail the ceremony.

Jim's injured knee is put to the test during an extreme adventure with snowboarding buddies; Bobby's new clients, who call themselves Vancouver Royalty, make requests that cause problems for Kendra.

Reeling from Elise's accusations, Bobby relays his side of the story to Tamara; Kendra oversees a sexy photo shoot for clients; Lynsey's adventure skills are put to the test when a client gets cold feet; tempers flare at the weekly dinner.

When staff members go bobsledding, the leave someone in the dust, Bobby and Charlotte cater to high-maintenance holiday-makers, Kendra and Jim take their clients horseback riding, Jim's frustrations boil over; a team dinner goes downhill.

Team morale goes downhill in the wake of Elise and Jim's argument; Kendra loses a family member; Jim oversees a mountain excursion with an Olympic champion and novice skiers; Tamara is forced to make some tough decisions about the future of the team.

When a manager position opens up, Jim jumps in, but Bobby has other ideas about who should take over; two sets of clients push Jim's managerial skills to the limit; Kendra confronts Elise about their friendship.

Newly appointed manager Jim has one week to prove his team deserves to come back for another season; Bobby meets with Joey to challenge Jim's promotion, but a hangover threatens his credibility; Lynsey gets fed up with hard-partying Texans.
