New club president Billy the Kid returns after the Vegas repo mission to find the club in turmoil. One member lands himself in the hospital, while former club president Gipsy conspires with some Devils a sinister move that would burn bridges forever.

Once the fastest-growing motorcycle club in San Diego, the Laffing Devils now must fight for survival. After Prez Billy the Kid goes AWOL, a battle for leadership emerges among the Devils.

Plans for an East County Chapter of the Devils divide the club, while Gipsy continues to stun his former brothers with the launch of his new club, Sinister Mob Syndicate. Bad blood between Gipsy and Billy reach a breaking point during a charity ride.
