Invercargill property managers inspect a brick and tile house that's gone to the dogs, and when an ex-tenant arrives out of the blue she learns she'll be chased for $20,000 in damages.
In Mosgiel, Andrea faces a bizarre situation when some badly behaved tenants who vanished owing rent suddenly reappear out of the blue. Meanwhile in Christchurch, Pru deals with a flat in a disgraceful state.
02. Episode 2
Christchurch property managers Prue and Michelle warn an unruly renter to curb her violent threats to other tenants. But the Good Girls get more than they bargained for - both barrels of a bare-bosom bonanza.

Good Girls Property Manager Prue has discovered a whole new angle on the leaky homes crisis. Rentals across her portfolio are suffering from severely leaking hot water cylinders, and she's determined to find out why.
08. Episode 8
A Grade Property Manager Tracey Lee is horrified to discover that a rental property has been so badly damaged the place has had to be entirely gutted - from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, in every room in the house.
09. Episode 9
In Dunedin, a flat full of young men has been causing trouble for property manager Andrea. The boys are behind in their rent and cleaning duties, have made holes in walls, and holes in neighbours' eardrums by performing burnouts on their driveway.
10. Episode 10
Good Girls property manager Prue has been advised that an arsonist has torched one of her rentals. It's all hands on deck as Prue organises a huge workforce to repair the flat.
