01. The Refugee
In 1971, Deben Sau, with wife Churni and younger brother Barin, escapes from erstwhile East Pakistan to Calcutta, India. The family struggles to rise above their status as refugees.
02. The Leader
In 1973, Deben, Churni and Barin establish themselves as the formidable Senapatis - the first gang-lords of Bengal, all the while facing the various challenges that come with their new role.
03. Bidrohi (The Rebel)
In 1975, the Senapati family of Calcutta, India is firmly ruling the Bengal underworld of crime and punishment. At this stage, they are faced with the biggest political threat of the time - the Naxalite-Maoist insurgency.
04. Doshomi
In 1975, the Senapatis of Bengal deal with the linchpins of the Naxalite movement. Just when they think they have gotten away with yet another underworld coup, they find themselves on the radar of daredevil sub-inspector Neogi.
