Levison contines his journey through the oil-rich megacities of the Gulf before embarking on a traverse of the infamous barren sands of Oman's empty quarter. Once he's ascended the remote Dhofar Mountains, Levison attempts to cross the deadly war zone.
03. Valleys of the Past
Exploring the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
04. Holy Lands
Levison reaches the rugged landscape of Jordan, home to lost cities and Bedouin nomads. He follows the path of a holy river past the Dead Sea and into the contested region of Palestine where he witnesses life inside the West Bank.
05. Dangerous Legacy
Levison's journey continues through Israel and the perilous road to Syria. He travels undercover, dodging danger and witnessing both utter despair and new hope, before reaching the Mountains of Lebanon and the end of his journey.
