Sumera is a Norwegian-Pakistani young woman. At an engagement party, an old flame unexpectedly emerges that leads her into dangerous terrain. She defies every warning and ends up in a situation that will change her life forever.

Sumera's worst nightmare has come true. Physically and mentally damaged, she refuses to go the police, as she doesn't want anyone to learn about the incident. Nicolas, who possesses her phone, finds her house keys in her coat.

In the aftermath of the assault, Sumera puts on a brave face, and tries to take back everyday life. The nightmare, however, is far from over. She tries to keep her secret hidden from Ambar and Anila who suspect something is wrong.

Pictures can destroy friendships and break up a family. The pressure is increasing, and Sumera is trying to resolve the situation on her own. In the same time, her friends, Ambar and Anila, attempt to figure out a way to help her.

New information about Wasim shows up, while Sumera has to do something before her life breaks down, as Nicolas continues to threaten her. Together with her friends and a new unexpected ally, they put together a plan to fight back.

With Charlotte's help, the girls break into Nicolas' place, and their plan is implemented. Unfortunately, the girls face greater challenges than planned. Have they underestimated the abuser's desire for order and control?

Sumera has the hard drive, but needs her brother's help to access it. Nicolas is desperate to get it back, and is willing to go to extremes to retrieve it. Will she be able to decrypt the drive, without revealing what she's up to?

In a thrilling finale, Sumera wakes up in an unfamiliar location, chained to a bed, with Nicolas trying to get her to admit to where the drive is. Will anyone save her before it's too late or will she have to fix this on her own?
