Season 3
Following the battles in Renril, Fushi, like a tree, spreads his roots throughout the world, fighting to eliminate the Nokkers. Hundreds of years later, having completed his mission, he awakens in the modern era. He enjoys a life of peace, free of enemy threats and surrounded by precious friends, new and old. But ominous shadows grow near yet again. Enemies that enter into the fissures of the mind. And Fushi learns of the true goals of his creator, the Beholder.

Fushi awakens in a world where peace reigns. What new and old encounters await him?
02. A Knot in the Soul
Fushi begins his new life in the present day and begins to gather his former classmates at Yuki's house.
03. Mizuha
Mizuha is fed up with her everyday life and decides to run away.
04. The One Who Vanished
Fushi takes care of a troubled Mizuha.
05. Unheard Words
Fushi and his revived friends joins Yuki and Mizuha at school.
06. Proof of Peace
Fushi struggles to maintain the peace between Tonari and Mizuha.
07. The Attack
The mystery of the Nokker inside Mimori is clarified a little, as it seeks Fushi at the school to attack him.

Hirotoshi reveals Mimori's deeply troubled past.

Fushi and Bon try to save Mimori at Hirotoshi's request, but a new Nokker appears.

Rikuya is found destroyed. The Nokkers confront Fushi.

Fushi has an opportunity to deal with the Nokker in Izumi's body.

Fushi transforms into small creatures to keep an eye on Mizuha and Funa. Meanwhile, Eko gives Yuki an idea.

Fushi goes back to school, but as Fuuna. He learns about what people really think.

Gugu confesses to being homesick. Fushi struggles to come to terms with his friends growing distant.

Bon describes how Fushi's friends spent their time after he went to sleep centuries prior.

Fushi and his friends look for ways to get back in touch with Mizuha.

Fushi tries desperately to negotiate with Mizuha. Meanwhile, an impostor attacks the school.
18. A Willingness to Believe
Tonari, Aiko and their schoolmates fight the Fushi impostor.
19. Clean Water
Yuki and the crew negotiate a peace with the Guardians.
20. Coexist
Fushi and his friends return to Yuki's place to discuss how they should avoid being arrested.
21. Stay Here
The class needs to decide what they're doing after middle school. Fushi's decision is much weightier.

The Beholder leaves Fushi with a memo.
